Ana Cajaraville has a degree in Chemistry (2008) and a PhD in Organic Chemistry (2015) from the University of Santiago de Compostela (extraordinary doctorate award). She has specialized in REACH and CLP Regulations, attending courses such as REACH Summer School and GHS / CLP Intensive Training Course, and in the area of Toxicology, studying the Master in Environmental Toxicology and Risk Assessment (URJC, 2017-2018).
Since 2016 she has been a scientific advisor to the REACH, CLP, POPs and BPR Regulations, with experience in the review and preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), in the classification and labeling of mixtures such as air fresheners, or detergents or in the notification of mixtures to Poison Centers, both at the national level and the notification established in Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation, attending in 2019 the Training on notifying hazardous mixtures to poison centers organized by ECHA.
She also has expert knowledge and experience in the health and safety regulatory framework for detergents and biocidal products, and in the field of environmental sustainability of cosmetic products.
