Beatriz Fariña has a degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Chemical Research and Industrial Chemistry from USC, with research experience in the analysis of legally regulated substances and the development of new analytical methods applicable in industrial environments.

She is part of the Sigillum Knowledge Solutions team that develops the project “TACTIS: new analytical control techniques for the industrial transition towards a safe circular economy“, funded in the first call of the CDTI Missions Program. Within the framework of this project, Beatriz deals, among other tasks, with the identification of substances that may be interesting from the perspective of control or potential recovery, in sectors such as cosmetics, textiles or food and agriculture.
