This obligation affects all the companies responsible for placing packaged products for the first time on the German market for the final consumer. This measure will bring greater transparency to the German packaging recycling system since, among other reasons, the name of the registered companies will appear on a public access list.

In order to better understand the operational details of this new law, the team of the Consumer Products Area of Sigillum Knowledge Solutions attended the conference organized by IGAPE within the framework of the Interreg Spain-Portugal Program, ECICII Plus 1E. The session discussed the operational details and the implications of the new law, of interest to all those companies that export to the German market.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]From Sigillum Kowledge Solutions we monitor the changes in the international regulatory framework in all the sectors in which we work: fashion, cosmetics, furniture, food contact materials, air fresheners … with the aim of offering our customers expert and personalized support in its internationalization processes.
