Sigillum Knowledge Solutions is part of the Advisory Board of this accelerator, for its expert knowledge in food contacxt materials health and safety, a key aspect of food safety. In the presentation of this new edition, Sigillum Knowledge Solutions participated in a round table on “Business models based on innovation for the food sector”. In it, the CEO of Sigillum Knowledge Solutions, Sonia Martínez Arca, explained the company’s philosophy, based on expert knowledge at the interface of chemistry and the international regulatory of of consumer products health and safety.
The round table discussed different business models related to the food sector. In the case of Sigillum Knowledge Solutions, it was highlighted our technical and regulatory advice, in everything related to food contact materials, helping companies in the sector to ensure that these materials do not present a danger to human health, nor cause modifications in the composition or in the organoleptic characteristics of food. Always with the ultimate goal of improving the competitiveness of our customers.
